At Pasha's, we invite you to sit down, relax and enjoy our authentic home made Palestinian cuisine prepared by....mother !!!  Our ingredients and spices are always fresh and original, providing our guests with a true taste of Jerusalem's best.

This is truly domestic cooking rarely found in public restaurants.  A feast for the eye as well as the palate !

And after your meal... round out your Oriental evening in true Pasha style with a whiff of an authentic Arabic water pipe- the Hubbly Bubbly (served only outdoors at Borderline)....we have a wide variety of sweet tobaccos for your selection. (Our waiters will be happy to advise you !)

At Borderline, enjoy the late evening dinner indoor or outdoor garden selecting a dish from a variety of international selection.  By late night, the music gets louder giving the chance to our customers to dance and enjoy the music !  We stay open until 02:00 am.

Do we get picked up form our hotel?
Call us from any of the Jerusalem hotels and we will be glad to send you one of our staff to collect you within 15 minutes.
Do we accept foreign currencies?
Most major currencies are accepted.  We also accept all major credit cards.  Credit Card holders might be requested to show an identification card for your own protection of theft of CCs.

Who is entitled for discounts ?
If you are a group of 12 persons or more, please ask for the special offers/discounts.  Groups with fixed menus will be entitled for a special rate.
If you work for any of the international organisations in Jerusalem, you will get 10% discount on beverage including alcoholic drinks

Do we arrange for catering?
Many of our clients are happy to organise for a small private parties at their residencies or offices.  Our catering team will be happy to assist you organising a farewell, birthday, or even a quite dinner gathering at your location.  WE provide you with the food, the cook and waiters to serve you at home.

Because Jerusalem was missing a night life, the owner started to look for the best possible location in the city to start his business.  
 
Sheikh Jarrah, the most relaxing area of the city was selected.In 1996, the establishment started at Pasha's with an official openning in 1998

In 2004, borderline came to birth with a great success addressing the need for this city to be alive.   Locals and Internationals meet and enjoy a different taste of Jerusalem.
